Part Marking Station
Custom designed parts marking stations to suit any
application. Using a carbide or diamond stylus, text and/or
logos are permanently and precisely etched into part at a
speed of up to 6 characters per second. Character depth is
controlled by adjusting the air pressure and is relative to
the part material, hardness up to 62 HRC.

Two
marking area sizes are available: a large 120 x 100mm and a 50
x 40mm compact area where space is limited.
System requirements are 110VAC electrical power and 60
PSI plant air supply.
